Sol Fest

Elk Creek Music Society presents the first annual Summer
Sol Fest – a free music festival to celebrate the Summer Solstice and our talented local artists.
In the event it rains on Saturday and on Sunday, things will be moved into the ECMS studio at the same location. Car pooling
is requested as parking is limited.
As with our other ECMS affairs, please bring
a potluck dish (soft drinks, salad, finger food, or dessert) to share with others. A grill will be available for carnivores. Limited
refrigeration will be available, so please bring a cooler, if you have one. We will decide on the times and
format after we get an idea of how many performers to expect, so sign up early!
Performers: There will be plenty of sound reinforcement provided (16
channel mixer, 12 channel submixer, 3 mics, plenty of cables, monitors and mains) as well as two keyboards (Roland A90
88 weighted key, Korg Triton 76 key semi-weighted) should anyone want to use them. We are hoping to have recording
equipment available for those who would like to get a CD of their set.
